The Great American Think-Off is an annual debate held in New York Mills, Minnesota. Essay winners held three rounds of debate on the question "Is Democracy Fair?" Winners of the first two rounds met in the third round to determine a winner. After the debate the audience determined that Mr. Hilts made the most compelling arguments. Between and after debates participants responded to view comments and questions.
