The Super Bowl may be tomorrow, but they call this the Super Bowl of freestyle skiing. It’s an incredible show of athleticism, with the world’s most elite skiers coming to Utah for the 2025 Intermountain Healthcare Freestyle International Ski World Cup at Deer Valley Resort. “Deer Valley is super proud to host this event,” said Lindsay Arnold, the events and sponsorship manager at Deer Valley Resort. “We are really honored to have these teams here and our community that’s behind us.” The annual three-day competition featured mogul and aerial skiers from 21 countries, including Saturday night’s 19 U.S. athletes — half of which are Utah natives, and some as young as 16 — who competed in the dual mogul finals.
