Tampa Police Rescue Overheated Baby from Stolen Car

Four Tampa police officers received the “Life Saving Award” after they spotted and rescued an 11-month-old baby girl left in a hot, stolen car for an hour and a half. The child made a full recovery and was returned to her mother.
