The Barrel and Flow Festival has kicked of their annual event, housing hundreds of ticket holders despite scorching temperatures. On Saturday in the Strip District, the collective creativity of music, visual art and culinary art designed to “celebrate Black arts and artists. And to express and share how collective art is greater together,” as described on their website, let in their first group of VIP ticket holders around noon.
