How to naturally ease menopause symptoms

Are menopausal symptoms stopping you in your tracks? Have you tried all the remedies, from herbal solutions to cold water swimming? Wellness expert Simone Thomas has shared a free way to ease menopause symptoms such as brain fog, headaches and bladder issues. "Staying well-hydrated becomes the secret sauce to maintaining hormonal harmony and that youthful glow. Aging brings with it a shift in our moisture-retaining ability which means staying hydrated is essential for a healthy menopause," says Thomas. Water is your best friend. According to Thomas, “hydration is the beauty elixir we all need,” and it can serve as “nature’s own highlighter.” Drinking plenty of water can leave your skin looking radiant, as well as keep your hair and nails strong and healthy. It’s understood that about a third of women who are going through menopause suffer from bladder infections. This may be the result of low estrogen levels, meaning less healthy bacteria is produced to help battle infection. Staying well-hydrated helps to reduce the risk of bladder infections, and Thomas says, “Drinking plenty of water helps flush the bacteria.” Thomas states that the best liquids to drink to stay hydrated are water, milk, and tea and coffee.
