The Bronx's fentanyl crisis comes into focus at The Hub shopping district

The Hub, located at East 149th Street and Third Avenue in The Bronx, is one of the borough's busiest shopping districts. According to U.S. Rep. Ritchie Torres, it has also become an open-air drug market and the focal point of the fentanyl crisis.
