Idukki: The special consideration given for hill ranges for the post flood reconstructions in the state budget has given new hopes to Idukki. The project to strengthen landslide-prone areas also are encouraging. But the Opposition allege that the Idukki has not received the consideration given to Wayanad and Kuttanad in the budget.
