East Japan earthquake, tsunami disaster 10th anniversary; moment of silence

March 11, 2021, marks the 10th anniversary of the M9.0 Great East Japan Earthquake. The earthquake was not just the biggest in the history, it caused tsunami that went up as high as 130 feets. The disaster had took over more than 16,000 lives. Memorial events, including flags fly half-mast, siren ringing, and so on, are held across Japan today to remember those who have been gone.
