Twitter CEO Elon Musk has announced several changes to the social media platform’s features. From April 15, only verified accounts will be able to vote in polls and only verified accounts will be recommended in the For You section. In a series of tweets, Musk explained that he believes these changes will address the issue of “advanced AI bot swarms taking over”. This comes after Twitter revealed that it will be removing the verified status from accounts that received it before Musk became CEO.
