T'puram: A case has been filed against former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and KC Venugopal based on the sexual assault allegations raised by Saritha S Nair. Unnatural sexual abuse case was registered against Oommen Chandy whereas rape charge was filed against KC Venugopal. This is for the first time, a case has been filed against the accused in connection with the solar case.
