Matthew Constantinou of North Walsham has been sentenced to nine years in prison after being found guilty of the manslaughter of Thomas Moore on October 2, 2020. Constantinou called police after the altercation in which Mr Moore was stabbed. This is part of that 999 call he made to Norfolk Police
