A couple who ate four takeaways a week and classed walking their dog to the shop to buy chocolate as exercise during lockdown have lost almost seven stone in four months and now run 5km together three times a week. Life coaches Abigail Pugh, 46 – who is also a classically trained chef – and Kevin Davidson, 51, who live near Lewes, East Sussex, soon indulged their love for wining and dining, after meeting online in 2014. And, when the first Covid-19 lockdown was announced in March 2020, they started eating pizza and burger takeaways four nights a week and classed a stroll to the shop on a chocolate run with their miniature dachshund, Rudy, as daily exercise.
