2 Teens dead, 2 wounded after deadly ambush shooting in Fresno

A deadly burst of gunfire rocked a quiet Fresno neighborhood, leaving two 15-year-olds dead and two others wounded in a seemingly targeted attack on March 23. The group of four teens were ambushed at around 1:30 a.m. near San Jose and 4th Streets–a stones throw from a local high school. Fresno Police Chief Mindy Casto said in a press conference, “They were returning from eating from a couple area restaurants to their friend’s house, who lived in the neighborhood, when it appears the shooting occurred.”
