Tuscany is on a roll thanks to a string of excellent vintages. But much of the credit goes to the producers, many of whom have invested by replanting vineyards, renovating cellars and embracing new technology. Argiano, a 17th century estate in Montalcino that underwent a complete facelift, is a perfect example, and the Argiano Brunello di Montalcino 2018 is Wine Spectator’s 2023 Wine of the Year.
