Gallego: GOP Will Use Filibuster ‘to Slow Down Any Real Gun Safety Regulations'

Representative Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) said Monday on MSNBC's "Chris Jansing Reports" Republicans will use the filibuster "to slow down any real gun safety regulations."
