Mayoral candidate and Beaches-East York councillor Brad Bradford will announce a proposal, next week at city council, that tent cities or encampments can not be in placed within 200 metres of a playground, a school or daycare. This is in relation to an eight-tent encampment in the middle of Stanley Grizzle Parkette across from the Main St. TTC station and located beside a daycare and children’s playground.
