MINExpo 2021 will provide a look at the latest technology developments for mining equipment. Caterpillar is set to debut the Cat D11 XE dozer with high drive technology, said to be the most powerful and efficient electric drive dozer. It will also debut a new battery-electric machine as well as charging station. Liebherr is introducing three new excavators which are equipped with advanced technology features such as Bucket Filling Assistant. The company will also exhibit its new teleoperation system for remote control of the PR 776 Litronic dozer. Komatsu will show its WE1850 Gen 3 surface wheel loader with Switched Reluctance hybrid drive technology. Epiroc also plans to highlight its electrification advancements, such as its Boomer M20 now featuring internal hydraulics.
