The team also discovered more than ten burials from the Eighteenth Dynasty of the New Kingdom. Dr. Mohamed Ismail Khaled, secretary-general of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, said that this notable discovery indicates that the current Saqqara cemetery extends northward to a larger area than is currently known. Xinhua News Agency correspondents reporting from Cairo.(XHTV)
