Former Vice President Joe Biden appeared to forget his closing remarks at a town hall event Wednesday afternoon. As the music played and 300 supporters stood up and began filing out, he took the hand-held microphone again and asked for 60 more seconds to speak. Biden then delivered his closing address as people continued filing out -- though some listened attentively or filmed his remarks on their smartphones.
