Kay Rawlins may not be the most powerful woman in sports but she is one of the most inspirational, and one of the most beloved in her community. Rawlins is a founder of the Orlando City & Orlando Pride professional soccer teams, where she serves as senior Vice President of Community Relations and president of the Orlando City Foundation. It wasn't an easy road.
