President Joe Biden lashed out at a reporter for suggesting that he gave student loan borrowers false hope when he promised on the campaign trail to cancel student debt. This question was asked hours after the Supreme Court’s decision Friday to toss out Biden’s plan to cancel hundreds of billions of dollars in student loans at the expense of U.S. taxpayers.
