Heartwarming footage filmed on August 3 shows a laughing Rene open a toy version of his dream vehicle, a Ford Silverado, at home in Van Nuys, California, USA. Just moments later the 60-year-old opened his real present from Omar, the keys to his very own blue Silverado, forcing his dad to sit down in shock before crying happy tears.
