House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) tried to defend private depositions which excluded President Trump's counsel in his closing arguments for the Senate impeachment trial Monday. "There is a small army of public servants down the hall from this chamber, in offices throughout the House, and yes, in that windowless bunker in the Capitol," Schiff said, lauding his staffer Sean Misko, who has been accused of coordinating with the so-called "whistleblower" on the complaint that incited the House's partisan inquiry.
