Barr: ‘We Have to Stop Using the Criminal Justice Process As a Political Weapon’

On Wednesday during his testimony in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Attorney General William Barr blamed Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) for using the Mueller investigation as “a political weapon.” Barr said once the Justice Department had performed its function of proving that no crime had been committed regard obstruction of justice, “we’re out of it.”
