Shelly Ortiz, Nina Nandin, and Hannah Hood's [Diagnosing the Problem] was the high school West Division first prize-winner in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest. They were 12th graders at Metropolitan Arts Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. In the 2014 contest, participants were asked, "What's the most important issue Congress should consider in 2014?" The local cable company was Cox Communications.
