Actress Keke Palmer has been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-partner Darius Jackson. According to Radar Online, Palmer has been given sole custody of her eight-month-old son until further notice. Jackson has also been asked to hand over his gun to law enforcement in addition to staying 100 yards away from Palmer and their son. In the California Superior Court filing, Palmer alleged multiple incidents of physical abuse over a two-year period. "Darius trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent, threatened me, then physically attacked me — lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch, and stealing my phone when I told him I was going to call the police" Palmer stated in the documents. She included screenshots and security footage in the filing as evidence. The actress has alleged instances of violence, destruction of property, abuse and harassment, citing numerous examples.
