US Border Patrol has arrested a man who was on the FBI’s wanted list – for allegedly hurling concrete blocks at federal agents during the violent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles in June. Officials identified Elpidio Reyna as the masked brute in the clip. He was finally busted by agents on Wednesday at the US-Mexico border.
