Dubai: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that the PM's word has become worthless. He said Modi promised him that permission would be granted for the foreign tours of Kerala ministers so that money could be mobilized for rebuilding Kerala. The CM said that Kerala would be rebuilt with the help of expatriate Malayalees.
