Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) for claiming in his opening statement in Wednesday's hearing that the facts in the impeachment inquiry were "undisputed." Gohmert went on to present a detailed list of fact witnesses who could provide first-hand testimony, and urged the committee to call them, rather than merely accepting the conclusions of other committees.
