Tesla faces another milestone moment Thursday, as Elon Musk in Hollywood unveils much-delayed plans for his robotaxi, known as Cybercab. This comes after Tesla got a preliminary go-ahead earlier this year to also bring his Full Self Driving platform to China, where the robotaxi ecosystem has moved beyond trials to actual - albeit limited - autonomous taxi service on public roads.
