‘Everything Was Wrong’: Family of Patrick Lyoya, Man Killed by Michigan Police, Wants Murder Charge Upgraded to First Degree

The officer accused of killing Patrick Lyoya, 26, with gunshot to the back of the head, has been charged with second-degree murder but the family hopes the murder charge is upgraded to first degree without the possibility of parole.
