GOP Rep. Calls to Pass Amendment that Bans Pentagon from Circumventing Fourth Amendment

Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) on Friday called for the House to include his amendment to NDAA which would ban the Pentagon from purchasing Americans’ private data as a run around the Fourth Amendment.
