New retail format Microshops has opened in Ipswich. The indoor market with space for 25 independent retailers is at the former Peacocks store on Carr Street. Each retail pod is let on an all-inclusive and monthly contract. Two businesses, a coffee shop and a florist, are already using the space. More retailers are set to move in next month.
