The winter art installation "Monuments" goes on display at Discovery Green. The work, designed by Australian artist Craig Walsh, features giant slow-motion video projections of unsung Houston heroes who were nominated by the public onto the canopies of five trees at the park. The projections will be on view daily from dusk to 10 p.m. Dec. 12-Jan. 18.
