Luigi Mangione escorted by police as he arrives in New York to face federal murder charges

Accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione was flown from Pennsylvania to Long Island on Dec. 19 and then brought by helicopter to NYC after waiving extradition at a hearing in Blair County Courthouse earlier in the day. He arrived at Manhattan federal court — wrists and ankles shackled and clad in an orange prisoner jumpsuit — flanked by more than a dozen law enforcement officers, some carrying automatic rifles.
