Chhattisgarh : The election campaigns for the first phase of polls to the Legislative Assemblies of five states will be concluded today. The first phase of polls will be held in the 18 constituencies of Chhattisgarh. The Congress leadership have promised that they will write off the farm loans if they come to power in the state.
