New Delhi: Cyclone Vayu has changed its course overnight and the very severe cyclonic storm is unlikely to make a landfall in Gujarat as predicted. The cyclone has moved away from the coast and is likely to move north-northwestwards sea, skirting the Gujarat coastal areas including Veraval, Porbandar and Dwaraka. As a result, heavy rainfall and gusty winds are likely to hit the region, the IMD said.
