Senator Susan Collins (R-ME), a candidate for reelection, began her cross-state campaign bus tour in Kittery, Maine, where she spoke with supporters and toured an outdoor gear store. Sen. Collins called the bus tour her "favorite part of the campaign." She also spoke to reporters on a range of topics, including her opponent Troy Jackson (D-ME), Department of Homeland Security funding, immigration enforcement, and her support of President Trump's agenda. The nonpartisan Cook Political Report rated the general election race as a "Toss Up."
