Kochi: Spokesperson of Kerala Catholic Bishops' Council (KCBC), Fr Varghese Vallikkatt remarked the latest amicus curiae report of mid-August floods as factual. Speaking to Mathrubhumi News, Fr Varghese said that the KCBC expects the court will guide the government on the matter.
