Conservative activist Scott Presler founded the #CleanUp movement in 2019 to improve some of the nations' filthiest cities, most of which are controlled by Democrats. Presler was struck by scenes of homeless veterans living in trash and discovered feces behind a community food truck in Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco.
