Crips Gang Member Arrested in Human Smuggling Attempt During Traffic Stop

A Crips gang member and another passenger were arrested for human smuggling during a traffic stop in Brooks County, TX, on September 29. Two illegal immigrants were captured and referred to U.S. Border Patrol.
