As the war on Ukraine continues, U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Lehigh Valley, is calling for tougher sanctions on Russia. In an interview Tuesday with the Tribune-Review, Toomey said he thinks sanctions can go further, including shutting down Russian exports, namely Russian oil and gas.
