Booker on Qualified Immunity for Police: 'If There Is No Accountability, There Will Be No Change'

Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) on Tuesday discussed qualified immunity for police officers, which many are saying should be looked at in the wake of the deaths of George Floyd in Minneapolis and Rayshard Brooks in Atlanta, both during interactions with police.
