A dog abandoned like a "piece of rubbish" was found alone on the A47 near King's Lynn. 14-ear-old Molly was found with a large tumour hanging from her belly and she had severe dental disease. Since she was found she has been in the care of RSPCA Block Fen and is expected to make a full recovery after undergoing surgery.
