Sometimes we just don't feel well

<p>So in this one I wasn&#39;t feeling too well at first, and figured that I had to do something about it. And I thought that maybe I should try working it out with myself on here. I found myself stumbling to figure out how to articulate specific things that were ailing me, but persisted until I found myself in a better place. By the end I very much found myself in better spirtits and an overall feeling of optimism. I hope that this therapy session for myself will be of some help to anyone, Thank you for your time.</p>
