Find out the new fee tourists can expect to pay at CA national parks

2026 is a milestone year for America's national parks as the National Park Service celebrates the nation's 250th anniversary with some major changes visitors need to know. U.S. residents will have eight new free entry days, including Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day weekend, Constitution Day, Theodore Roosevelt's birthday and Veterans Day. Non-U.S. residents will pay a $100-per-person fee at 11 major parks including Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Glacier, Rocky Mountain, Zion, Acadia, Bryce Canyon, Grand Teton, Everglades and Sequoia and Kings Canyon starting Jan. 1.
