Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee allowed counsel Barry Berke to berate Stephen Castor, the counsel for the House Intelligence Committee, though Berke was himself a witness. Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) refused to acknowledge Republican objections or requests for explanations as to why Berke, whom Nadler failed to swear in before his testimony, was allowed to abuse the witness.
