Credit: RNLI The RNLI was called out to rescue a young girl on Bank Holiday Monday after her dinghy drifted out to sea off Kimmel Bay in Conwy. It had become detached from a safety line. She was taken safely back to shore after a 999 call was made to the Coastguards which resulted in the launch of the RNLI inshore lifeboat from Rhyl.
