 Over the last few years, many questions have been raised related to antitrust enforcement concerning “big tech” companies. One thorny question concerns the “ecosystems” leading companies manage. The tensions between “open” and “closed” models has motivated plenty of analysis, as well as legal challenges across several jurisdictions. Our panel tackled this question, focusing on the implications of these models from an antitrust perspective.
