Simple Stick Test Saved 58-Year-Old Dad Diagnosed With Stage 3 Bowel Cancer Despite Displaying No Symptoms

Steve Hollington, a dad from Warrington, North West England, was 58 years old when he took a "life-saving" at-home screening test for bowel  colon cancer called the Fecal Immunochemical Test FIT, something which checks for hidden blood in the stool. Although Hollington never experienced any symptoms, he was ultimately diagnosed with stage three bowel cancer and is forever grateful he decided to take the at-home test.
